This includes weather conditions, road closures, landslides, natural hazards, flight cancellations, vehicle breakdowns, government restrictions, strikes, political disturbances, accidents, illness and other force majeure events.

Any additional expenses resulting from such unforeseen circumstances may be payable by the guest.

6. Travel Insurance

Ladakh Travel Hub does not provide travel insurance covering medical emergencies, accidents, trip cancellation, baggage loss, theft, delays or evacuation.

Ladakh is located at a high altitude, and travellers should take appropriate precautions before and during their journey.

Guests are responsible for informing us of any relevant travel limitations or special requirements that may affect their trip.

If a guest becomes unwell during the journey, itinerary changes may be necessary in the interest of their safety. Any medical, evacuation or additional transportation expenses are the responsibility of the traveller unless covered by their insurance.

We shall not be responsible for additional costs caused by circumstances such as:

Landslides, roadblocks, snowfall, bad weather, flight disruptions, vehicle breakdowns, illness, government restrictions, natural disasters or other unforeseen events.

Our team will always make reasonable efforts to assist guests and find the best available solution.
